Mr. Clark,

I have received a formal notice of copyright violation from the Motion
Picture Association of America, Inc. regarding your Auburn University web
site www.auburn.edu/~clarkc6/deCSS.zip. 

In accord with our procedure regarding copyright violation allegations we
have suspended access to your web page until this matter can be resolved. 
Please find attached a copy of Motion Picture Association of America, Inc's
complaint.  Unless you are in a position to demonstrate proof in writing
that you possess rights from all parties involved to aid in the distribution
of this software, you must stop this practice immediately and agree to never
engage in the distribution in the future.

I will email the University's response to MPAA tomorrow and will relay a
copy to you at that time. Please confirm by return email that you have read
